Russell Glatt, MBA, CPCU, LUTCF. established his Agency in 1986. His educational backround includes a BA in Aquatic Biology from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow designations. Russell enjoys sailing, scuba diving, skiing, and traveling.
