Mercy, a property/casualty Account Executive with the Agency for over 20 years, specializes in Anthem Blue Cross of California health insurance. In addition, she processes all claims in the office. Her fluency in Spanish is a great asset to the Agency and to our diverse client base. Mercy earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from Cal State University, Long Beach and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. She holds the Associate in Insurance Services designation. Mercy enjoys sailing, traveling, pilates and reading.
